From New York and with a lot of anxiety I saw how Wilma was visiting my family's house in South Florida... It reminded me of the fear caused by the earthquakes and sismos that we used to experience in Colombia every now and then, but this hurricane experience demonstrated me how easily we forget how strong nature can be, this time I can tell it from an almost first person's experience. Thankfully nothing major happened, just few damages to property and a very histerical dog... Poor T. Now here in New York, Wilma is tracking me down! Some flights have been delayed and/or cancelled, and here I am checking my own flight back home, where a little bit less cold weather waits for me with open arms... Hopefully tonight.
